Rising Tide HR 1st Anniversary
June 1, 2023, marked the beginning of a new chapter for us at Rising Tide HR. We officially formed our LLC and embarked on a mission to transform how small to medium-sized businesses manage their HR needs. From the outset, we were committed to providing tailored HR solutions that not only help businesses grow their teams but also ensure compliance with all employment laws and elevate workplace culture.
We recognized a gap in the market where small businesses were either overcharged for generic, one-size-fits-all services or left struggling with inadequate support from faceless 1-800 numbers. Many business leaders shared stories of receiving misinformation and feeling unsupported.
Our purpose was clear - to help grow the small business community and support local enterprises with personalized HR services.
Saying we did a lot in our first year of business is an understatement! A few of our key accomplishments:
We supported over 30 businesses this year!
We’ve hired over 100 professionals across our diverse clients and have dozens more positions currently being filled!
We have implemented and managed competitive benefit programs for over 1000 employees!
We implemented 27 HR systems, applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools and training platforms. This includes moving clients away from expensive PEO’s, saving them ten’s of thousands of dollars.
We have a 100% client renewal rate for our fractional HR Management, which ties directly to our exceptional client satisfaction!
Grew the Rising Tide HR Business Partner team to 6 full-time, seasoned, and experienced HR professionals!
We launched our retainer-based fractional HR Management service based on direct feedback from our clients. This segment of our services has taken off and now accounts for over 80% of our total revenue!
We surpassed all growth portfolio metrics in 2023, then doubled our portfolio in Q1 2024!
All Rising Tide HR team members received their Gusto payroll certification and we will continue to invest in their ongoing development to best support you!
While we surpassed every goal for our first year, we have big dreams for the year ahead! Here is small taste of what you will see from us:
Launch our Leadership Development Program, which provides a multi-month training series to new and emerging leaders. This new addition will be offered free to all retainer-based clients!
Launch dedicated services toward payroll and hiring - these are two stand-alone areas we hear you want!
Offer affordable stand-alone services for numerous federal and state employment regulation changes impacting employers in 2024-2025.
Continue to grow our HR Business Partner team with the highest level of HR professionals with advanced certifications, degrees, and experience.
Double our client portfolio while providing nothing but the highest quality service.
