She earned a master's degree in Human Resource Management from California Southern University and continually seeks to expand her knowledge through professional development and industry certifications, including SHRM-CP and PHR. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employee relations, strategic planning and is committed to creating environments where everyone thrives both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community.
