She excels at aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth, transformation, and sustainability. Kris is deeply committed to fostering workplace cultures rooted in inclusion, collaboration, and innovation, leveraging her expertise in leadership coaching, employee relations, project management, employee engagement, and designing inclusive accommodations for neurodivergent employees.
Kris holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Essex. She is SPHR and SHRM-CP certified and maintains a steadfast commitment to professional development.
