Rising Tide HR's 2024 Year in Review: A Year of Growth and Impact
As we close out 2024, we are thrilled to reflect on the remarkable achievements of the Rising Tide HR team. This year has been one of exponential growth, strategic innovation, and impactful transformations for our clients. We grew our company by over 200%, welcomed 6 new employees to our dynamic team, and successfully hired 424 new positions across our client portfolio.
Our focus on enhancing systems and processes has led to the implementation of 23 new systems and dozens of enhancements to existing client systems, saving clients both time and money. Additionally, we launched our comprehensive Leadership Development Program that provided small group and 1:1 support to emerging and seasoned leaders, helping them develop and refine essential leadership skills to take back to their teams and organizations. We saw high participant engagement, and heard directly from participants the impact it was making on their ability to effectively lead diverse teams and drive collaboration across their organizations.
We also prioritized improving efficiency and scalability by developing and rolling out new policies and processes. A few of the many things we worked on:
Employee engagement and retention programs featuring engagement surveys and collaborative working sessions to uncover team needs and set impactful goals.
Data-driven compensation strategies offering competitive pay structures, remote work stipends, sales commission programs, and more.
Comprehensive leave programs, including medical leave of absence and parental leave policies to support employees through life’s major milestones.
Goal-setting and performance management frameworks, including OKR programs to drive focus, accountability, and growth.
Expanded company footprints to support both brick-and-mortar and remote expansions into new states, enabling scalable growth for our clients.
Our expertise in handling complex employee relations was evident as we oversaw 20+ high-profile situations, bringing all to a successful resolution and strengthening client trust. Furthermore, we introduced comprehensive benefits and compensation plans for 15 companies, covering medical, dental, vision, business insurance, 401k, and IRA options. We also assisted companies in adopting employee stock options and implemented Carta across organizations to manage equity plans efficiently.
Looking ahead to 2025, we are doubling down on our commitment to innovation and service excellence. We have bold plans to grow both our team and client portfolio, ensuring we continue delivering exceptional results. One of our most exciting ventures for the coming year is the launch of a standalone payroll service that will redefine efficiency and reliability for our clients. With a dedicated focus on performance and precision, payroll services will remain our top priority as we expand this offering. From cutting-edge systems to streamlined processes, we are committed to delivering unmatched support and value, ensuring our clients can scale confidently into the future.
