As a well-established and seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience, Aspasia has a strong background in all facets of HR. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and business administration from Towson University, and then furthered her education at Cornell University, where she obtained her HR Certification in EEOC and Affirmative Action. Throughout her career, Aspasia has worked across various industries and organizations of varied sizes.
In Aspasia’s most recent role, she spent five years leading the Business Partner function for a wellness-focused SaaS organization. During this time, she had the opportunity to coach and mentor new as well as seasoned leaders and executives, helping them grow into new roles, including positions as high as President and CEO. Aspasia thrives in challenging environments that undergo rapid and constant change.
Aspasia’s expertise extends to all areas of a team member's life cycle within an organization. She has dedicated considerable time to developing talent plans, succession tools, and organizational design. Additionally, she has experience in building job architecture to support organizational goals.
