Morgen Monie is a versatile leader with 15+ years of Human Resource and Leadership experience in technology and sales organizations. She holds her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources & Employment Law and various senior professional HR certifications. She thrives in highly innovative and complex organizations that value an outstanding employee experience. Morgen is deeply committed to fostering diversity and equality in the workplace. She has designed and implemented numerous programs to support employees from underrepresented groups, creating a more inclusive and empowering environment.
She also teaches a range of courses at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, including Human Resource Management, Staffing, and Organizational Behavior. For the last 8 years, Morgen has been the Lead HR Business Consultant for the SBA Small Business Development Center. In this role, she has supported over 300 clients with various HR needs, ranging from recruiting their very first employee to establishing HR systems, policies, and processes to enable clients to scale successfully. Morgen loves working with newly established and small businesses and enjoys getting creative with leaders to solve problems.
