Human Resources Internship
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR while supporting our HR Business Partners with client projects, recruiting, and day-to-day operations. This role is part-time, roughly 8-10 hours per week with the option to work more over the summer months!
What You Will Learn & Experience:
Assist HR Business Partners with client projects:
Conducting research
Drafting reports and presentations
Data analysis and interpretation
Support candidate sourcing and recruiting efforts by:
Posting job openings
Screening resumes
Coordinating interviews
Support the general day-to-day administration of HR management, including:
Maintaining employee records
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
Responding to employee inquiries
Learn and contribute to HR compliance projects, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
Gain proficiency in various HR systems, including Gusto, BambooHR, and other tools used for recruitment, employee management, and payroll.
Qualifications:
● In a Bachelor's degree program focused on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or recently graduated within 1 year of a Bachelor’s degree program in these fields.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
● Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range: $16-$18/hour based on experience
